On Wednesday, October 14 beginning at 08:00 UTC, our cellular provider will be conducting planned maintenance of their infrastructure. This maintainance window is two hours long. We expect a brief interruption in communication for those using cell modules during this time with communication being disrupted for 30 seconds during this two-hour window. During this time, communication between Broadcaster engine controllers, remote tablets and the web portal may be interrupted for those using cell modules. Cell modules are standard in Broadcaster 1+ units and optionally side-mounted on Broacaster 2 units.

Customers should be unaffected if they are:

• Using a Broadcaster engine controller without cell module
• Using a Broadcaster engine controller with a satellite module
• Using a Broadcaster engine controller with the 900MHz radio
• NOT operating equipment during this two-hour window
