On Wednesday, April 22 beginning at 21:00 UTC, Orbcomm will be conducting planned maintenance of their satellite infrastructure. This maintainance window is 30 minutes long. We expect a brief interruption in communication for those using satellite modules lasting upwards of one minute. During this time, communication between Broadcaster engine controllers, remote tablets and the web portal may be interrupted for those using Orbcomm satellite modules.

Customers should be unaffected if they are:

• Using a Broadcaster engine controller without the use of a satellite module
• Using a Broadcaster engine controller with the 900MHz radio only
• Using a Broadcaster engine controller with a cell module (standard on Broadcaster 1+ units and optional on Broadcaster 2 units)
• NOT operating equipment during this one-hour window
